NUSRL LAW REVIEW
Explore research, commentary and critical perspectives on contemporary law, policy and society.
The NUSRL Law Review, founded in 2025, is the flagship student-edited academic journal of the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. It provides an open platform for students, academics, researchers, and legal practitioners to publish work on contemporary legal and public policy issues. The journal encourages interdisciplinary scholarship across diverse fields, including constitutional law, corporate law, international law, technology law, and human rights.
Driven entirely by students, the publication process offers hands-on experience in manuscript screening, substantive editing, citation verification, and editorial management. Beyond publishing, the Law Review fosters a strong research culture at NUSRL by organizing academic initiatives such as legal writing workshops, conferences, seminars, and writing competitions. Through these efforts, the journal aims to build a credible, academically rigorous forum that connects students with the broader legal fraternity.
NUSRL fosters an intellectually stimulating environment centred on legal research, critical thinking, interdisciplinary learning, and academic innovation. With a focus on contemporary and emerging areas of law, the University encourages meaningful engagement between legal theory and practice.
Through its academic programmes, research, publications, seminars, and scholarly initiatives, NUSRL contributes to the advancement of legal education and jurisprudence in India.
